Carmine Marinaro has more than four decades of experience in building high revenue-producing technology sales organizations. He founded Corporate Information Systems (CIS) in 1987 to address the recruiting needs of early stage, venture capital-backed startups, pre-IPO businesses, and Fortune 500 companies – specializing in the technology industry. Since then, Carmine has expanded his firm’s expertise to serve his clients in other lines of business like executive recruiting consulting. His extensive roster of long-term clients includes such notable organizations as Centrify, Kofax, IBM, Software AG, and NEC among others.

Carmine’s exceptional achievements are reflected in his extensive network of employers and talented sales and sales management professionals. He has set an industry benchmark for speed-to-hire by translating these relationships and his deep industry knowledge into successful employer/employee matches.

Jim Sparacia’s Biography

With almost 20 years of tenure at CIS, Jim has been an integral part of building various territories throughout the US for the firm. His track record of success stretches from Chicago down to Texas west to California, east to Atlanta and even up to the Northeast. His clients have ranged from venture backed emerging start-ups like Extrahop, Smartsheet, Venafi and ClearStory Data, to industry mainstays like Adobe, IBM, EMC and NEC. Jim’s reputation a trusted advisor to his clients and candidates is well known and his ability to locate and recruit the toughest of candidates is what keeps clients coming back to Jim time and time again.

Over the years, Jim has taken an active role in the hiring, training and mentoring of new hires at CIS. A commitment to sales excellence has been a mantra Jim has prided himself on. Several successful recruiters in the industry today originally cut their teeth in a training class run by Jim.

Prior to CIS, Jim comes from a diverse background in Financial Planning and Law Enforcement. This varied experience has given Jim a well-rounded set of skills that he utilizes to this day. Jim earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice & English from University of Delaware, and a Masters Degree from Jersey City State. He lives in Northern NJ with his wife and three children.

Tony Marinaro’s Biography

Tony Marinaro is the Vice President of Recruiting for CIS and has been with the firm for the past 18 years, his focus is recruiting nationally for the firm. Throughout his tenure with CIS Tony has successfully built some of the leading sales teams for some of the software’s industry marquee Ventured Backed Start-ups to the biggest Fortune 500 software companies.

Tony has been responsible for over 1200 placements and searches for CIS, he has taking pride in securing and maintaining relationships with the industry’s “A” players who require complete confidentially when conducting a search.. His passion is to find the right client for his candidates and the right candidate for his clients. Tony has been awarded numerous Salesperson and Employee of the Quarter awards as well as receiving the prestigious President’s Award multiple times.

Tony’s many accomplishments have led him to be one of the industry’s leading and well known Executive Recruiters. Tony is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a degree in Business. Tony lives in Northern New Jersey with his wife and they enjoy traveling and spending their summers at the Jersey shore.

John Hadley

John Hadley’s Biography

“Not one to follow conventional wisdom or settle for mediocrity.”

John Hadley comes to CIS to head up the new Consulting Services initiative to help CIS clients in improve their organizations through a new focus on their BPM and sales processes.

He started his career in the IT industry in 1983, involved with all aspects of managing outbound IT sales, business operations and technical service/ support in the New Jersey/ NYC metro area.

As a consultant in the IT industry he’s been involved managing Resellers, Integrators and VAR’s. In 2013, John was a Director of Sales for an MSP, Infoaxis. Later as a consultant for NTT Data at Merck & Co, John worked in the capacity of a Transition Manager.

In John’s years of creating and managing businesses, he’s always been hired as a consultant to “fix” sales which in turn led him into turning around numerous IT organizations. This was primarily due to his background in Project Management, his certifications in Six Sigma and ITIL along with his extensive experience in business process management gained in his 25 years in the IT industry.

In 2013, John, his wife and daughter moved back to the Northern NJ area primarily for their daughter’s education but said they greatly missed the positive energy of the NJ/ NYC metro area and the change of seasons.
